Welcome to Columbus Grove, a beautiful, unique, and centrally-located neighborhood within both the cities of Irvine and Tustin in Orange County, California.
Columbus Grove is part of Tustin Legacy, which spans nearly 1,600 acres of land where the former Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Tustin, California originally was located. After years of planning, this area was given the “green light” to be transformed into a master planned development, including several residential neighborhoods, parks, schools, and a brand new regional shopping center called The District at Tustin Legacy, comprised of over 1 million square feet of retail stores, restaurants, grocery stores, entertainment areas, and more.
There are currently four different neighborhoods of residential homes: Tustin Field I, Tustin Field II, Columbus Square, and Columbus Grove.
Tustin Field I is located between Edinger, Harvard, Jamboree, and the Metro railroad track. Tustin Field II is located on the other side of Edinger, bordered also by Harvard, Moffett, and Peters Canyon Regional Trail. Tustin Field I has a higher density of homes (paired homes, detached cluster homes, and attached townhomes); Tustin Field II is comprised of detached homes.
Columbus Square and Columbus Grove are considered together as the Villages of Columbus, but they are truly separate neighborhoods with separate homeowner’s associations and even different market desirability.
Columbus Square is located between Edinger, Kensington Park Drive, Valencia Avenue, and Severyns Road. This neighborhood is comprised of detached homes as well as several attached townhomes of different styles.
Columbus Grove is particularly unique because this neighborhood straddles both the cities of Irvine and Tustin. The Irvine side is located between Warner, Barranca, Harvard, and Peters Canyon Regional Trail. The Tustin side is located between Warner, Moffett, Harvard, and Peters Canyon Regional Trail. Both sections are part of the same master homeowner’s association. The neighborhood is comprised mainly of detached single family homes as well as attached townhomes and paired homes.
Because Columbus Grove is situated in both Irvine and Tustin, among other qualities, it really takes someone who truly knows this neighborhood to provide the right information and services for you when it comes to real estate and market matters in the community. Buying, selling, or leasing a home in this community can be much easier if you work with someone who truly knows Columbus Grove.
That’s where I can help. I’m not just your Columbus Grove Real Estate Specialist. Columbus Grove is where my family and I proudly call home.
I’ve lived at Columbus Grove ever since the neighborhood was mostly empty with dirt lots. I’ve watched homes be built from the ground up right outside my front window over the years. Not only do I have current information about Columbus Grove, I know the recent history behind it too. Also, being a mom myself, having insight about the schools zoned for this neighborhood (Irvine Unified School District) and access to the input from other parents and families in the community can be helpful to you as well.
