The truth is, in a healthy market, a well-priced home will sell so long as it’s made available on the multiple listing service (MLS), and most homes are. What I can bring to the proverbial table is years of savvy and experience in negotiating on your behalf and the kind of marketing that will make your home all the more appealing. With all things being equal, it’s an advantage that generally translates to shorter time on the market, higher offers, and an overall enjoyable experience – one where you won’t have to be babysitting your contractors, or pulling your hair out over missing bits of paperwork. I simply and efficiently handle all of it for you.

In brief, this is what it looks like:

  • I provide an honest assessment of the value of your property as it is.
  • I make recommendations on what may need to be done to get the property into a more immediately lovable state.
  • I’ll arrange for high quality professional photography, as well as any staging that might need to be done.
  • I’ll help coordinate and supervise any other work or repairs, if necessary.
  • I’ll market your home in every portal where consumers go in search of real estate, and make sure that every word and every photo tell an appealing story.
  • I’ll deal with all the paperwork, making sure every detail is taken care of, and interface with all other parties: buyer, lender, buyer’s agent, escrow company, title company, et. al.
  • I’ll keep you updated throughout the process by whatever means you want me and however often you want me to.

I have known Alicia for over a decade, first met as co-workers, and soon became friends. Alicia is extremely professional yet personable at the same time - two qualities that you definitely need when making a big financial yet emotional step as house buying and/or selling. She was both our buyer and seller agent and we could have not been more happy with all she did to help us purchase the beautiful home we are in today as well as sell the condo that we first started our family in. In buying our house, we were not the only people who made an offer. She did all she could to make us desirable to the seller and we got our offer accepted when we weren't even the highest offer. When it came to selling our condo, she was able to get us over 25 offers after showing our condo for only 3 days. This is obviously above and beyond our expectations during a very difficult housing market in Irvine, California. Alicia is an outstanding Realtor. Honestly, my past experiences before her were not so great (so I was a little sour on Realtors in general), but Alicia is unique. I think her experience as an Accountant before she entered the real estate business really helps set her apart. She works hard to help you achieve your goals, and I never once felt pressured by her to go outside of our target/goals or comfort zone. She genuinely seemed more interested in helping us than increasing the amount of her commission. I hired Alicia to find our new home as well as sell my condo;she worked tirelessly on both projects. We have already recommended her to several friends, and they have all been happy with her. Alicia is hands-down the best Realtor I've worked with and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her again.
